Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ihana Gifts. However, due to the personalized nature of our products, our return policy has specific guidelines:

Non-Customized Products: Items that are not customized can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Customized Products: Unfortunately, customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. This includes items with personalized names, messages, or designs.
However, for our Photo Magnets: “Set 6 Photo Magnets – Make Magnet from Your Photos“, you can return the product if you’re unsatisfied, and we’ll issue a full refund of the product, excluding shipping fees.
Return Process

Inspect Your Order: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately.

Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at contact@ihanagifts.com or +358401689286. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if applicable, photos of the damaged or defective item.

Obtain Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 20 business days.

- Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gifts: If you received an item as a gift and it needs to be returned, please contact our customer service team with the order information.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
