Return Eligibility<\/h4>\n

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ihana Gifts. However, due to the personalized nature of our products, our return policy has specific guidelines:<\/p>\n

    Non-Customized Products<\/strong>: Items that are not customized can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The items must be in their original condition and packaging.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Customized Products<\/strong>: Unfortunately, customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. This includes items with personalized names, messages, or designs.<\/p>\n

    However, for our Photo Magnets: “Set 6 Photo Magnets – Make Magnet from Your Photos<\/strong>“, you can return the product if you\u2019re unsatisfied, and we\u2019ll issue a full refund of the product, excluding shipping fees<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Pack Your Item<\/strong>: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Ship the Item<\/strong>: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
